The early morning crowing from roosters disrupted our sleep, but the breakfast offerings were fantastic. The fresh watermelon juice stood out. The bike rental made exploring easy.

comfortable swimming pool, adequate parking, cozy outdoor garden
No English-speaking staff made communication frustrating!!! Access roads are bumpy, which is a hassle upon arrival. The A/C remote malfunctioned, and the tiny toilet paper rolls for two people felt like a joke. Shower odor is far from acceptable!!!

What they got right and wrong
The food area is beautifully landscaped, and the buffet breakfast offers a delightful mix of traditional and European dishes. The lively background music makes every morning an adventure.
Though the room was excellent, the early morning sounds from the nearby farm could be disruptive. earplugs are a must for a peaceful night.

The Double Room with Private Bathroom was pretty comfy, especially the bed. I loved that the room was well maintained and quiet on the 3rd floor. However, it could feel a bit cramped for two, and the shower had an odd odor. Overall, the vibe was nice and welcoming!

The breakfasts here were a real treat, and I loved the free parking which made everything easier. The outdoor swimming pool and garden area provided perfect spots to unwind after a day out. Just a heads up, the music in the morning was a bit loud, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. 😊

The proximity to local highlights like cenotes was fantastic, and the easy access to rental scooters made exploring effortless. Breakfast included fresh fruit and a delicious homemade dish that was a standout. However, the noise from nearby activities was disruptive early in the morning, which affected sleep quality. Limited staff presence at times made it hard to get assistance, and I noticed some cleanliness issues in the common areas that could use attention.
